Have you tried Mama’s Garden Grass Fed Dry Aged Beef?
Mama’s grass fed beef:
Our beef is family owned and raised in the South Fork Valley of Deming, Wa. We know every detail of our beef from birth to processing. They spend most of their time on our lush pastures and woods where we provide a stress free environment for them. We never treat our animals with any hormones or antibiotics. The beef graze on the pastures while enjoying a nutritious, pure diet of grasses, with no corn or grains ever. Simply what Mother Nature intended for them. Lush green grass and foraging in the woods.
USDA Inspected
We work with a local butcher shop that coordinates with a USDA inspector at the time of our butchering. Our meat is thoroughly inspected and approved by USDA standards before the end result comes to you. It’s important that we meet standards so that we can ensure you the quality is the best.
Local
Our beef herd is purchased from Mama Kelly who outside of the garden has her own herd of Angus. Each year when she has a new group of calves we set aside a handful for Mama’s. We then bring them when they are ready and raise them up out by Mama’s Garden. We know from the beginning to the end how each animal is handled and each animal is cared for. It’s very important to us to keep things local. We also currently have a handful of “mama cows” that provide us with calves throughout the year on the farm here at Mama’s.
It’s not just a box of beef going out the door. It’s more than that for us. It’s integrity, trust, honesty, an honor and a relationship. The honor we get to provide you with quality beef for your home. It’s a relationship that we get to create with you the customer. It’s you getting to the us, the farmer.
