It’s Memorial Day Weekend! Who is ready to fire up the grill and remember and honor those who have fought for our country! Today from 12-4pm we will be at the stand selling our grass fed Angus Beef! It may be rainy and cloudy but don’t let that stop you from swinging in and getting some delicious tasting beef. We raise our beef out on pasture right behind the garden! It’s grain free, no added hormones, no antibiotics and family owned! The picture above is some of our ground beef made into a juicy burger accompanied with smoked bacon from another local farmer in the South Fork Valley, Bittersweet Family Farms! Come meet Heather and see what she is offering today along side us! Pork chops, bacon, sausage and more!
Along with offering beef and pork today we have started to stalk the stand with our famous salad mix, head lettuce (romaine and buttercrunch) rhubarb, spinach and fresh eggs! The season is starting to kick off!
