This box contains all those cuts that if you cook low and slow they will fill the house all day with the smell of dinner being cooked! We have put together some great cuts for those hearty meals you like to cook up. Such as stews, briskets, BBQ short ribs and even Osso Bucco! When you feed beef a diet of only grass, it creates something special in the meat. Some of the most tender meat you can get. All of our beef is grass fed from start to finish. Never any grains of any sort, no antibiotics and never any added hormones. Simple clean beef, that’s it.
