From birth to butcher, our cattle are raised entirely on our family farm in the pristine South Fork Valley of Deming, Washington. This hands-on approach allows us to oversee every detail — from genetics and bloodlines to daily care and feed — ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity.
Our cattle are 100% grass fed and grass finished, never given grains, oats, or corn. They thrive on the natural grasses of our pastures, just as nature intended. The result is beef that’s rich, clean, and deeply flavorful.
Processing takes place at a trusted local facility less than an hour from our farm. Keeping our animals close reduces stress and supports the local economy — values we stand by. Each cut is then dry-aged for 21 days, intensifying flavor and tenderness in every bite.
